Are these products Gluten Free?
Although the ingredients in the Micro Mug Cakes do not contain gluten, our products are processed in a facility that is not gluten free.
We are continuously working to get the Micro Mug Cake officially certified as gluten free.
What makes Micro Mug Cake different from the rest?
What makes us special is not only what's on the inside, but the outside as well. Along with the Micro Mug Cake tasting great, it has a clean recipe. The ingredients do not include gluten, dairy, nuts, or eggs (making the cake vegan!). Since the preparation for this cake creates a moist, yet light texture, the infamous grainy texture of a gluten free dessert is not present. This clean recipe allows for the Micro Mug Cake to have a shelf life of at least two years. So stock up!
On an environmental note, our packaging is 95% biodegradable and compostable. After you are done enjoying a Micro Mug Cake, feel free to throw the mug, lid, measuring cup, and spoon in your compost pile to help us reduce our carbon footprint. And then go make another!
